  • Project Manager and technical lead of a global support team on a $6 million+ per annum Verizon's National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Program Management software project with an eye on execution of projects within scope, schedule, and budget, exceeding expectations to mitigate risk.

    • Lead weekly client calls and SCRUM meetings, create detailed design documents for system enhancements, direct user training, and assess client business requirements. 

    • Fostered process improvement using agile methodology for over 21,00 reports, 18,000 sites, and 1,700 users via a proprietary program management solution

    • Mitigated revenue loss of upwards of $10,000 per site should a site be delayed and not online via a monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report developed to assist VZW with its risk management. This allowed VzW to meet their tower build program goals and FCC NEPA regulations, giving VZW leadership team real-time access to site information to identify problem sites sooner in the site reporting process.

    • Developed marketing materials (case studies, brochures, etc.) for our in-house program management tool during business development meetings and product demos.

  • Project manager of a Data Management Waste Tracking project for an environmental disaster. 

    • Data management included providing database and tracking tool support, coordination for logging and verification of waste manifests, and weekly/monthly report creation and distribution for Solid and Liquid waste tracking.

  • Configuration of process units, entities, emission model scenarios, and equations for key oil and gas clients in Enablon, opsInfo, and Essential Suite (Sphera).
